What we do
Building the Ecosystem
We build free, open-source tools to bring transparency and new insights about capital flows into the climate ecosystem. Funders can find each other’s investments, founders can see who else operates within their sector, and anyone can compare and contrast different variables across the wide spectrum of climate-relevant solutions. Working with Clients
We help teams answer questions about particular funding gaps or issue areas. We strengthen climate funders’ ability to achieve their goals by building evidence-based tools and insights that are replicable, interactive, and easy to use. Our success is based on how well we are able to further our clients’ climate missions. Examples:
Our public tools are intentionally funded by grants to ensure free access and minimal bias. Our client work is funded directly through contracts, and while the content is private, the lessons learned and infrastructure built in the process help inform the public tools and vice versa. This is another example of how we increase collective knowledge in this space.
